Directory of Associations: There will be no refunds on The Directory of Associations on-line subscription if data has been downloaded from our server. Refunds on the cd-rom require that the seal has not been broken on the cd-rom cover. Press Release Distribution: No refunds may be made after distribution of your news release has started. Website-only posting may be refunded within 48 hours of the purchase Vendor Directory: No refunds will be granted on any vendor directory listing purchase after 48 hours of activation of your listing Business List: Refunds will not be granted on any business list product unless the delivered data contains an excessively high percentage of irregular or incorrect records.
