It's All Very Well Having A Website That Gets Lots Of Traffic, But Sales Are Its Life Blood

You might have optimised your website, found the keywords that get a lot of traffic and don't get much competition. All the keywords are added to your site (Name, Meta tags etc) so you have done some excellent flowing writing along with your keywords peppering your website.
Great, you now have a website, it is fairly well optimised, you are getting a great deal of traffic and guess what there exists still something else needed within the mix.
You need to juggle each of the above with excellent copywriting.
What is copywriting? Well it's the text that appears on the website, the bits that advertise. And yes that's generally what websites are with regard to, they are your rep, they sell you places which you wouldn't have dreamed regarding looking or find people you merely wouldn't have talked to.
For starters whatever is above the 'fold' of the page i. e. before you start scrolling would be the most critical area, you literally have about 8 seconds to grab the 'surfers' attention before they're gone to the next site.
What is said in your visitor when they reach your site is simply as or even more essential than getting them there from the start! What would you prefer, 1, 000 visitors a day with 2 sales or 100 visitors every day with 2 sales? Personally I would like the 100 visitors, at least then I might know my copy was working and may even easily ramp up the actual visits.
So, what makes for great copywriting plus a great landing page? There is lots of information around and I can recommend some people, just search for them on the internet; Chris Cardell and Joe Forest Smith (Orange Beetle)
Some of the main fundamentals:
o Tell your customers some great benefits of your service & what problem it'll solve in their lives
o Talk about the customer (don't look at you, your company etc blah, blah, blah). Everyone likes talking concerning themselves, your customers are not any different. Include YOU and YOUR around you can in ones copy.
o Start building a relationship together with your customer, give something away at no cost, ask them to join your email list in exchange for a thing free.
o Break the text message up and use principal points (bullets draw awareness of areas of text)
o If you could, give your product away using a 30 day trail, with customers agreeing to send back or pay on xxxx date.
o You need to create with some level of one's and passion.
o Test and Gauge EVERYTHING
Well there are a few bits first of all. And remember test and measure, once you have got your brand-new page up, ruthlessly test all the outcomes and tweak your copy soon you have something that simply just reels them in.
You can get a thing called Google analytics that measures your traffic and where people go, where they leave your website etc and it's free. You will need to apply and there can be a waiting list, but well worth that.
