Successful romance author Thalia Brandon moves from print to digital publishing with a big bang!
Just in time for the holidays, my favorite romance author has released her newest title for purchase on Amazon: An Unexpected Client by Thalia Brandon is my new favorite short romance book by far.
Call me jaded, but I'm just so very tired of spending 99cents for a well-reviewed e-book only to learn halfway through the first chapter that the grammar and editing of the text is so bad, the rest of the ebook becomes unreadable. Can I get my dollar back, please?
Kindle Direct Publishing is the latest format for self-publishers of all varieties; but I'm dismayed by how many aren't taking advantage of Amazon's timely (and free) advice as they prepare their ebook for public consumption.
Thankfully, I found a new release title for Kindle that seems poised to become the next best selling book on Amazon.
An Unexpected Client by Thalia Brandon is definitely the best new release for Kindle I've read this month. Talk about a stellar opening number! This title wraps up everything I love in a good short romance, and packs it with a punch of delightful humor to boot!
Without revealing any huge plot spoilers, I'll simply say that this e-book follows the winning formula of many a movie; the key players are thrown together from inexplicable corners and their attraction grows to a lasting bond as they face challenges and adversity together. It's not quite as action packed as an action flick; but it's close enough for me.
Early reviews are calling it "sexy and intriguing!", and I for one agree whole heartedly.
With prior success as a print author, Thalia Brandon seems to have translated that practical experience perfectly to the Kindle format. So we have to call this her debut title only because it's in digital form instead of traditional overpriced paperback. Your followers welcome you to the digital realm, Miss Brandon!
The new digital format will only serve to improve the communication between fans and the author, leading to our improved satisfaction as she hands out tasty details about new books. new characters, and new everything. I've already been able to find her on Google+ and Facebook; and I'm looking forward to hearing more about her next ebook; whatever it may be.
