Corporate training
Corporate Trainer has to transition from traditional lecture-based, instructor-centered corporate training to a dynamic, participant-centered, multi-sensory learning format that has been proven to dramatically accelerate learners' acquisition of knowledge and skills.
Studies show that people remember less than 10% of information in a typical corporate training session or presentation. Further, 80% of what they remember is lost within 30 days (if not reinforced). That translates into an average 2% retention rate after 30 days. But students/employees should retain up to 90% of training content with less time and less effort. Corporate trainers should put little effort for that to make it real.
Generally, corporate program gives you access to practical tools, strategies, and techniques that will make your training dynamic, engaging, and highly effective. You should know how to optimize your training environment and training programs to achieve outstanding learning results.
How do we do corporate training?
1. First: Showing trainers how to get real buy-in from participants, overcome learning barriers, put learners in a resourceful state, and set the stage for success by the power of suggestion.
2. Secondly: Teaching trainers how to orchestrate a dynamic training environment, choosing and sequencing activities and structuring a program so that each participant learns continuously and effortlessly through the 6 Phases of Training.
3. Thirdly: Showing trainers how to facilitate the transfer of information from short-term memory to long-term memory for permanent access back on the job.
To make the corporate successful, Corporate training should focuses on practical, proven, leading-edge techniques and strategies that both new and experienced trainers can use immediately with success.
