Temporary:
Elite always has highly-qualified, professional temporaries at the ready to assist you and your organization for a day, a week or longer. We guarantee our service. If you are not pleased with your temporary selected, call us within the first four hours and Elite will replace that candidate with no charge for those four hours. Since our start in 1988, our clients have had to exercise this guarantee only a handful of times.

Temp-to-Hire:
The candidate works as a temporary for your company for three months (500 consecutive hours) at a set hourly rate. After this period, they may become your permanent employee for no fee. Until the candidate becomes your employee, Elite is responsible for payroll, taxes, worker’s compensation, unemployment insurance and other benefits. During this three-month period (500 consecutive hours) your Elite Account Manager is available to help with any issue which may arise. This process ensures a smooth transition for you, as well as the employee. Elite has a 98% success rate with Temp-to-Hire placements.

Elite does all of the recruiting, screening, testing, evaluating and reference checking on each candidate so you know that your interview time is well spent. Everyone you meet will have interviewed with one of our Account Managers and encountered exhaustive screening and testing. Permanent placement fees are a percentage of the employee’s starting annual salary. We unconditionally guarantee our placement for 45 days.
