Description


Established in 1989 as Professional Software Training Company based in Santa Clara, CA to provide computer technology training to end users. Trained over 100,000 students in 10 years, customers included Hewlett-Packard, General Dynamics, IBM, Levi-Strauss, Agilent Technologies, Price- Waterhouse Coopers, and many More.

Started developing MS Access database applications in 1998 to augment our training products. We recognized the complex and time-consuming development activities required with MS Access and sought to produce database programs that would appeal to a wide-ranging audience. This approach will allow potential customers to have a powerful, sharable and modifiable database application without the exorbitant up front costs and time to develop.

Most of our database applications consumed well over 2000 hours of design time. We offer free demo downloads from our website at www.pstcorp.com. MS Access is required to run the demos and we have versions available for Access 97 and Access 2000. The Access 2000 versions of our programs will run on Access 2002 and the recently released Access 2003. Our databases are currently running on a variety of operating systems (Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows XP) and can even run on a McIntosh provided the user purchases a product called Virtual PC for the Mac. We currently have MS Access database programs for:

Association Manager: A program that can be utilized for any type of membership organization. Functions include finance, merchandise sales, events, contacts (both members and non-members) as well as functions for equipment, inventory and task management. Cost: Based on membership size and varies from $250 single user to $1,500 multi-user. Support, which is optional, is also based on membership size and varies from $225/yr to $450/yr.

e-Chamber: Similar to our Association Manager product. Cost is based on membership size; single user program between $250-$1250; multi-user program between $350-$1500; optional annual support between $150-$450. Consult our website for specific costs for your chamber.

ZUD: A computerized maintenance management system used for equipment/inventory/task management. Provides Statistical Process Control (SPC) parts to identify issues causing any type of equipment downtime. With the SPC data, problems are easily corrected to achieve Zero Unscheduled Downtime (ZUD). Cost for a single user-$795; multi-user-$1,395; optional annual support $225/yr for single user and $495/yr for multi-user.

SB Solutions: A program for small businesses oriented toward contractors and service organizations. Has many of the features of Association Manager and ZUD but also includes the ability to create job templates, create an estimate with one click of a button and in turn create an invoice from an estimate in one click of the button. Cost for a single user-$495; Multi-user-$795; optional annual support $225/yr single and $350/yr multi-user.

PSTcorp.com also creates detailed user guides for all of our off-the-shelf products. Our databases are sold as the full design version and can be modified/maintained by the customer if they so chose. We offer optional and affordable annual support. Support contracts range between $150-$495/yr based on the product purchased and can be paid in 12 installments. Our annual support includes phone/email support, program upgrades as they occur, conversion assistance when moving to a later version of MS Access and a subscription to our monthly newsletter with tips and tricks. Our tips are not just for our products but also include tips for other MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Should none of our products fit your needs we also offer database development services. We can design your complete system or assist you with designing your own. These jobs are quoted on a per job bases, our standard rate is $85/hr ($50/hr for non-profits). We offer discounts on the hourly rate when purchasing blocks of hours. These hours can also be paid monthly for 12 months.

We also offer an excellent referral program where customers can earn 10% of the purchase price when referring one of our products. For our membership-based customers, not only will they receive a 10% referral fee but their members will also receive 10% off any of our products.
