Long hours in conversation, standing on concrete (with a thin layer of carpet), not eating well, not staying hydrated, and a lot of physical exertion can take a toll on your body. Oh yeah...and you have to do it all over again tomorrow! At the end of the day, be sure to take time to relax and regroup either by yourself or with your team. Yes - you need to make time to attend the after-hours networking events, but you don't have to stay for hours drinking the whole time!
