An answer to "Hey! Where's my Crate??"

Jim Cermak TradeShowU.biz

The inclusion of Real-Time Visibility and Shipping Tech within the Live Event space has been a game-changer for shipping. Exhibitors and Exhibit Houses now have the ability to monitor the conditions of a tracked asset that are critical to our deadline-driven industry.

To lead the discussion is Dave Brown, a 31-year Tradeshow industry veteran with 20+ years as a supplier to the trade. Dave has worked at several Exhibit Houses with experience in Sales, Operations, and Executive Management. Dave is now an account executive with Tive, and joined them to provide a solution to some age-old questions like - where's my crate?

We discuss:

  • The assets exhibitors and exhibit houses should be tracking

  • What are the benefits to exhibit houses

  • Creating a simple criterion as to why, when, and what you will Track

  • And much more!

Jim's Pro Trade Show Tip #138

Stay Hydrated!

Being on your feet, staying active, and talking a lot can make you thirsty. Add on top of that the dry air in most huge exhibit halls and you can quickly lose energy and steam. But with all the activity you can forget to drink water.

Be sure to stay hydrated! Keep a water bottle with you at the booth, or even a case for your staff. It can make all the difference in how you look and feel throughout the show!

It's not always easy, and it's a lot of hard work but the rewards are well worth the effort.
