Once you are engaged in a conversation with someone, try to move to a location in your booth that is out of the way.
This is true especially if you have a smaller booth.
If there are too many people blocking the front or entrance to your exhibit, it may put some people off who want to talk. They may think they'll come back later, but that time may never come!
